1. Go to the ShopPrice VN page on Chrome Web Store.
2. Click "Add to Chrome".
3. In the confirmation popup, click "Add extension".
4. The ShopPrice VN icon will appear in Chrome's toolbar.
5. Visit any product page on Tiki, Lazada or Shopee — the comparison panel will appear automatically.

ShopPrice VN currently supports Google Chrome version 88 and above on Windows, macOS and Linux. Support for Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Opera) is in testing.

No account needed for the Free plan. All data (watchlist, alert settings) is stored locally in your Chrome. The Pro plan requires an email address to manage your subscription.

Right-click the ShopPrice VN icon in the toolbar → select "Remove from Chrome". Or go to chrome://extensions, find ShopPrice VN and click Remove.

When you open a product page on Tiki, Lazada or Shopee, ShopPrice VN automatically identifies the product (based on name and category) and searches the other 2 platforms. Results appear in a small panel in the bottom-right of the page. The whole process takes under 2 seconds.

Free plan: Last 7 days.
Pro plan: 90 days — enough to spot seasonal price patterns (11/11 sale, Tết, etc.).

1. Open any product page on the 3 platforms.
2. In the ShopPrice VN panel, click "Set alert".
3. Enter your target price (VND).
4. Choose which platform(s) to monitor.
5. The extension checks prices periodically and sends a Chrome notification when the price hits your target.

Free plan: 5 products.
Pro plan: Unlimited.
When you reach the Free limit, remove an existing product before adding a new one, or upgrade to Pro.

Works best with products that have a clear SKU (electronics, home appliances, branded cosmetics). Products without standardised names or sold exclusively on one platform may not find exact matches.

ShopPrice VN currently shows the product price only, excluding shipping (which depends on the buyer's address). Showing total cost (price + estimated shipping) is on the Pro plan roadmap.

ShopPrice VN reads the price displayed on the product page, including active Flash Sales. Personal vouchers (account-based) are not factored in since we don't have access to your account information.

Pro plan (69,000₫/month) includes: 90-day price history, unlimited product tracking, unlimited alerts, instant push notifications, and CSV data export. The Free plan is sufficient for everyday shopping.

Click the extension icon → "Pro" tab → "Upgrade". Payment via secure checkout (Stripe). Accepted: Visa/Mastercard, Vietnamese bank transfer (Momo, ZaloPay coming soon).

No data is lost. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your watchlist remains but only the first 5 products stay active. The 90-day price history is trimmed back to 7 days.

No. ShopPrice VN does not collect your name, email, browsing history or any personal information. Watchlist and alert settings are stored locally in your Chrome using chrome.storage.local.

activeTab: Read product info on the active tab (only on tiki.vn, lazada.vn, shopee.vn).
storage: Save watchlist and alert settings locally.
notifications: Send alerts when prices drop.
alarms: Check prices periodically in the background.
The extension cannot read your passwords, banking info or browsing history.

Try in order:
1. Reload the product page (F5).
2. Check the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions.
3. Disable other extensions that may conflict (VPN, ad blockers).
4. Clear Chrome cache: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data.
5. Uninstall and reinstall the extension.
If still not working, contact support with the product page URL.

ShopPrice VN caches prices for 30 minutes to avoid excessive requests. Click the 🔄 Refresh button in the panel to fetch the latest price immediately. If prices are still wrong after refresh, please report it using the form below.

1. Check Chrome allows notifications: Settings → Privacy → Notifications → find ShopPrice VN.
2. Make sure your computer isn't in "Do Not Disturb" mode.
3. Chrome must be running (doesn't need a window open) to receive alerts.
4. Free plan supports only 1 alert — check you've set the correct threshold.
